Friends Wok & Bak Kut Teh (老朋友 炒锅|肉骨茶) showcases two signature renditions of Bak Kut Teh – Herbal and Teochew style (peppery). The soup is slow-brewed with pork bones for two hours to extract the innate flavours of each ingredient – rendering a rich and flavoursome broth.
The menu also offers unique takes on the traditional option with Lamb-Kut-Teh and local Zichar favourites such as, Braised Pork Leg, Thai-style Steamed Sea Bass, Prawn Paste Chicken, San Lor Hor Fun, Salted Egg Prawn, and Salted Egg Soft Shell Crab.
To offer customers an all-day dining experience, Friends Wok & Bak Kut Teh’s menu also includes freshly-made Canton Cheong Fun, Butterfly Bun, and Ham Chim Peng.
Wimi Thai Ice Cream serves a variety of Thai desserts and drinks. The ice cream recipe was gained from Bangkok ice cream vendors, to ensure the authenticity of the taste. Wimi’s signature ice cream is served in a coconut husk together with a variety of toppings to choose from. It is available for catering and live stations for parties and events.
